January Newsletter

Here's everything you need to know about issuing statements this tax season

Happy New Year, friend! From our team here at Nucleus, we’re praying the best for you and we’re so thankful to be partnered with you in ministry for another year ahead.

We don’t know what this year will hold, but we do know this - it’s time to issue Giving Statements. If your Giving has been powered by Nucleus for some time you’re likely ready to roll. If this is your first time generating statements for your online giving, this is the message you need.

Either way, we’re going to do this together 🤝

How To Issue Statements Using Nucleus 📨

To get started, head to your Giving panel and select “Statements” from the navigation dropdown. Everything you need to issue statements is found here.

You can then select the taxable year, configure the statements to your heart’s delight, and issue them to your givers. We’ve recently made some updates to the design and delivery of your statements, so the printing process for both you and your givers should be painless.

Statements can be made available through your givers’ Nucleus dashboards and through an email notification - all here in the Statements panel.

Click here for all of our Giving Statements documentation, and feel free to reply directly to this email with any specific questions you may have.
