We’ve been furiously working on something for the last year that we’re thrilled to be able to announce to you today. For the first time in a while, Nucleus has an entirely new application for you to enjoy: let me introduce you to Posts 📝

Posts At A Glance

At first glance, Posts may appear to be a beautiful blog for your church. (And to all of you who have requested a blog over the years, Posts is certainly a beautiful way to host yours!) But beyond blogging, Posts is designed to be so much more. Powered by Posts, Nucleus is becoming the central communications engine for your entire church.

In our almost 15 years of work in this realm, here’s what we know to be universally true: church communications are chaotic. That’s a shared experience amongst any church of every shape and size. Regardless of size or shape, your church has many ministries hosting meaningful events that are all worth attending. The problem arises when each of those ministries is fighting for stage announcements time or a post on your Instagram feed. “I didn’t know about that!” is the common refrain to all the events you worked so hard to host.

Each of your ministries deserve a home where they can promote whatever they want, whenever they want.

Posts is now the digital real estate that each and every ministry in your church can own so visibility doesn’t depend on stage time or churchwide channels. And because each ministry gets their own curated collection, your website doesn’t become bloated with pages for all of your ministries and events.

In Posts, each ministry gets their own Collection. Think of it like a folder on your desktop. Within each Collection, all of the individual Posts are nested neatly.

Each Collection also has a subscribe feature, enabling your church members to stay up to date automatically with each ministry that they are interested or involved in. Each time a new update is posted, they can get instantly notified directly to their inbox. This is what makes Posts an effective communication strategy.

The best part? We’re not gatekeeping how you can follow up with your church members. You can integrate your subscribe actions directly with Planning Center, or for any other ChMS that you’re using for follow-up (TextInChurch, Mailchimp, etc.) you can connect to them using our new Zapier integration.

All of this is displayed beautifully on your Post Hub homepage. Viewing Posts for your site visitors is an elegant experience. Creating a Post and publishing a Collection as an admin is effortless. And your next steps in every area of your ministry are likely to increase as you ease the chaos of your communications at church.
